On July 6, RedStone Haute Couture Co. Ltd. held its semi-annual training program in Changsha. RedStoners of both functional and sales departments gathered at Wanda Vista Hotel, celebrating achievements of the first half year.

In the first day of the FW training, the company was honored to invite Robert Abrams and Diane Abrams as the guest speakers. Mr. Abrams has been reappointment 4 times as the New York Attorney General and worked for the Wall Street for 28 years; Diane Abrams, who graduated from the Law School of Columbia University, has successfully balanced her work and life to achieve her career while supporting her husband’s professional life. Their experience deeply encouraged the RedStoners to chase their career goals while having real work-life balance.

In the afternoon, Mr. Zhao, the company CEO, offered a speech about the RedStone’s concepts of leadership, responsibility, and talents incubator to the staff, which illuminated the attendees to build their capacities, dream big, and make both self and social contributions.

During the following days, the Merchandize Strategy Department introduced GIADA 2017 FW collection in terms of inspirations, designs, colors and fabrics. The International Business Department then presented GIADA’s most valued principle of fabric chosen which dedicates to protecting the global environment. The discussion held by the Sales Department later enlightened the meaning of sales industry and strengthened the beliefs of each RedStoner to regard every obstacle at work as a gift of learning and life, keeping calm and carrying on.
