In October 2015, Redstone 2016 Campus Recruitment Information Session was successfully held in Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Nanjing University, Fudan University and Shandong University.

In addition to the local students, many students from other cities come to attend Redstone information session in respective city. Recruitment team together with staff from sales department shares history of Redstone, corporate culture and future development direction with students. Moreover, future career development program, in which students are most interested, are ardently discussed during the information session.

After the information session, recruitment team started the interview process. Group interview, HR interview, training session and regional manager interview are completed in one week.
